Château Malromé has a very positive energy, both soft and relaxing, it is the ideal place to relax. Nestled in the middle of vineyards and forest, it is no longer just a place of visit, art or a vineyard, but also a well-being domain in which yoga stays take place regularly.

 

This bond to self-fulfillment is stronger since the owner of Château Malromé, Mélanie Huynh, is an expert of well-being. She created her own skincare brand with a holistic approach, Holidermie, whose products are used for massages offered during retreats.

In the private part of the Château, we provide modern and renovated rooms with bathroom, living areas, a Shala and a Holidermie treatment room with massage table.

 

Other activities are available at the Château and its surroundings.

Book your wellness stay with Daphnée Ollivaud from October 30th to November 1st, 2020

 

Fall is a transitional season during which it is particularly beneficial and important to take care of yourself to avoid the fatigue before winter. Daphnée Ollivaud proposes a Vinyasa “wellbeing” yoga retreat with a diet designed to boost your vitality  and strengthen your immune system.

 

Daphnée is passionate about yoga. It is no longer just a way of life for her, but a state of mind. The practice of yoga transformed her as it allowed her to transcend years of illness and to approach life differently. She nourishes her journey by travelling to meet renowned teachers in India, California … and wherever her yoga mat takes her.

 

 

 

Program for all levels:

Arrival at the Château will be on Friday, October 30 from 5 p.m. and departure on Sunday, November 1 from 2 p.m.

Friday October 30

7:00 p.m. / 8:30 p.m: Vinyasa yoga session

8:30 p.m: Dinner (vegan and vegetarian meal)

Saturday October 31

9:00 am / 11:30 am: Vinyasa yoga session

12:00 p.m: Brunch (vegan and vegetarian meal)

Afternoon: free time *

6:30 p.m. / 8:00 p.m: gentle yoga session, restorative

8:00 p.m: Dinner (vegan and vegetarian meal)

Sunday November 1

9:00 a.m. / 11:30 a.m: Vinyasa yoga session

12:00 p.m: Brunch

2:00 p.m: Benefits of Serge Michaud chocolate

Afternoon: free time until it’s time for departure … because we have to get home!

*free time:

– Wine tour at 11:30 a.m. (cellar and vat room + wine tasting)

– Visit of the historic apartments of Toulouse-Lautrec at 2:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. (reservation in store in the morning)

– Walks in the forest and vineyards

– Additional option: massages to be booked in advance, expert massage using Holidermie treatments

 

All meals will be cooked with care by chef Margaux, passionate about healthy, happy and sunny cooking. Convinced that the cuisine of today and tomorrow must be committed to the well-being of both the body and the planet, Margaux will cook vegan, healthy, spicy, gourmet meals, inspired by Ayurveda and her many travels!
